Premature Ejaculation (Shukragatavata) is defined as early ejaculation much before the completion of satisfactory sexual activity for both the partners. It is uncontrolled ejaculation that may happen shortly after or before sexual penetration. Ejaculation within one minute of having sex is referred to premature ejaculation. It also refers to the inability to hold ejaculation for a longer time.
Premature Ejaculation may happen with little or no sexual arousal of the person. This often leads to anxiety problems and results in unsatisfactory sex. Premature Ejaculation can be a result of erectile dysfunction, depression, guilt or not being sexually active for a long period of time.
