For healthy digestion, you need to take care of three things. One is obviously your diet, second is active lifestyle and third is sufficient water intake. If you follow these three things, your digestive system will stay in its perfect condition.
Fiber is very important in diet when it comes to check the digestive system. Low fiber diet can cause constipation which further can be the reason for more complicated and painful issues like piles. Constipation can also be the reason for skin problems like pimples. Though all these diseases can be treated with medication either natural ayurvedic medicine or allopathic but better is to follow the diet which is high in fiber to escape all these problems.
Second is active lifestyle. By that i mean to say that you should at least do half an hour some physical activity. You can do jogging, swimming, running or you can simply play any of an outdoor game.
Third is water which is as important as diet in keeping digestive system in order. 3 – 5 liters of water should reach in your body in a day to keep it good in shape.
