In Ayurveda texts, it is mentioned that Vata is the main dosha in the body that causes severe problems. This medicine is mentioned in Ayurvedic texts as an anti-inflammatory as well as analgesic and useful in various problems such as sciatica, arthritis, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, and PMS.
