When  they find any damaged blood vessels, they bind together to curb the blood from  flowing out of the body. The normal or healthy range of platelet count is  150,000 \u2013 450,000 platelets per micro liter of blood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any kind of increase or  decrease in platelets count can become very dangerous for a human body, and can  cause a heart attack, enhance the blood pressure, brain hemorrhage or the cause  blockage of blood vessels to other parts of the body, such as the hands and  feet.
