According to Ayurveda, vitiation of Pitta dosha is the cause of premature graying of hair. The vitiation of Pitta dosha particularly Bhrajak Pitta leads to increased heat in the body. Meaning: Sasneha<\/strong>: slightly oily, uncuotous, Teekshana<\/strong>: piercing, Ushna<\/strong>: hotness, Laghu<\/strong>: lightness, Visram<\/strong>: bad smell, Sara<\/strong>: having fluidity and movement, Dravam<\/strong>: liquidity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
