All this happens due to a hectic schedule, change in the lifestyle, as no one has the time to cook homely dishes, which keeps the skin texture looking beautiful. Almost everybody has acne<\/a> during the puberty period. Your skin pores get blocked by the bacteria, which keeps lurking in the present environment and ambushes your body the moment it gets a chance to do so. Cosmetic chemicals, mostly that don’t hold a quality of ingredients, makes the pimples, wrinkles and<\/g> lines appear sooner than expected. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But these acne breakouts also have a remedy in Ayurveda. These can be prevented and healed by altering your diet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. For their removal or playing safe, stick to some diets that can erase these scars, such as drink <\/strong>\u00bd cup of Aloe Vera juice<\/a><\/strong>, twice a day. Mix baking soda, which is found in most of the Indian kitchens, with water that has half the quantity of baking soda, apply it directly on infected area, wash the area after 15 minutes with plain water. Lemon juice can be massaged on the infected skin and left over for about an hour, then wash with plain water. <\/li>
  2. Neem leaves<\/a><\/strong> can be applied directly on the affected region after washing them thoroughly, crush them with your fingers and apply on your affected region. After 10-15 minutes wash with plain water and pat dry.<\/li>
  3. There are other herbal remedies like crush some Tulsi (Basil) leaves<\/a><\/strong> after cleaning them with plain water, massage on the affected part of your skin, leave them stay there for 15-20 minutes and let its juice do job assigned to it. Wash off after 15 -20 minutes. <\/li>
  4. The same you can make the paste with Amla (Indian gooseberry)<\/a><\/strong> and apply directly on the affected zone and after 15-20 minutes wash off with plain water.<\/li>
  5. Raw honey also acts effectively. Apply a few drops of Raw honey<\/strong>, it should come from the bee hive<\/g> to your home directly. Apply it on the affected zone and wait for 5-10 minutes and wash off with plain water. Repeat regularly to reap in the maximum benefits.<\/li>
  6. Make a paste of Turmeric Powder<\/a><\/strong> with plain water and apply directly on the affected area, when it dries off, wash it with plain water. If your skin feels dry after doing this with turmeric, water can be replaced by honey, a raw one to be more precise.<\/li>
  7. Lauki (White gourd) juice<\/strong> also keeps the skin complexion in a flawless condition and eliminates the acne and their scars, making the texture of your skin glowing. Take a Lauki, peel its outer skin and cut it into small pieces and put them in a blender. Squeeze their juice, add a pinch of salt & drink it. <\/li>
  8. Papaya<\/strong> is another Ayurvedic remedy to heal acne and its scars. First clean your face, pat dry and apply papaya paste on your affected zone. Wait for 20 minutes and rinse off with warm water. Repeat this procedure daily to reap in the maximum benefits.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
