The Causes of Vertigo

When you are having BPPV it can cause a spinning sensation and dizziness. Other conditions that are responsible for BPPV are the common cold that causes inflammation of the ear, vertigo related to a head or neck injury, a stroke can cause imbalance and dizziness, vestibular neuritis is responsible for vertigo, and meniere’s disease affects hearing loss that shows vertigo symptom.

- Apple cider vinegar: Take a teaspoonful of apple cider vinegar and honey. Use these twice daily to deal with vertigo.
