10. Protect Against Skin Cancer
It is recommended to wear sunscreen when outside in the sun to prevent skin cancer. UV rays damage the skin even on a cloudy day so it is good to apply sunscreen to prevent dark spots and wrinkles. Women older than 21 years of age should get a Pap test every 3 years to check for cervical cancer. Those sexually active should get yearly tests for STDs like chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV. A yearly physical checkup is a must to stay healthy.
